The Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB), the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and the Academy of European Law (ERA) are pleased to invite to the 7th European Jurists Forum held in Barcelona from 18th to 20th April 2013.
We are confident that the Forum will be an outstanding event for the European legal community. Over a span of three days, current topics of European law will be discussed in three working groups, thus providing a unique opportunity for delegates to contribute to the shaping of the European area of justice.
Since 2001, the European Jurists Forum (EJF) has been organised biennially across Europe. Nuremberg was host to the first EJF in 2001, followed by Athens in 2003, Geneva in 2005, Vienna in 2007, Budapest in 2009, and Luxembourg in 2011.
The 2013 Barcelona Forum will commence with an opening plenary meeting directly followed by the division of participants into parallel working groups. These working groups traditionally congregate in three half-day sessions, allowing for a deeper examination of practice-relevant specific sub-topics. Please see the programme for further details.
